Parse additional documentation

Description

Usually a project does not only have inline docs, but additional documentation shipped in a special directory (e.g. doc/, docs/, documentation/,...). Most OS projects store these in plain text or XML files. The documentaion parser should consider these files are docs, too, and add their linecount to the code/doc ratio. This would also be nice for common doc files like README and similar, which could be matched 99% by a simple regex.

This sounds like a fine thread for discussion over on Ohloh about how specifically to interpret Ohcount results.

However, it doesn't specifically relate to an exact Ohcount feature or bug, so I'm closing this ticket.
